In everything that we do, human beings have been known to have conflicts in all walks of life. No matter how hard that we try to avoid dangerous outcomes, all tragedy starts with unresolved conflicts. There gets to a point that differences between parties cannot be met with resolutions without a neutral, non-related, professional middle party to untangle the complicated problems present.
Many times, the smallest conflicts can eventually escalate to become life and death outcomes. Those scenarios have no remedies once you are no longer here to fix your problems. Truly, all it would’ve taken was some reasoning, guidance, acceptance, and kindness to prevent losing lives. All the horror stories you hear on the news are manifestations of deeply suppressed internal turmoils, which grows into personal dread and escalates into the loss of interest in living or a need to obtain revenge. At the end of the day, there are no winners in conflicts.
In a world where so many things are out of our control, one thing that is possible to be reality is if we all fix our actions towards others to always be kind, gentle, and understanding, we become universal brothers and sisters working to make the world a better place.
